Woven from tough, natural sisal fibre - not jute - this low-shed mat delivers that irresistible, sandpapery texture cats love while standing up to daily zoomies and claw-sharpening rituals. Soft cotton edging keeps things neat, and the playful, art-print surface turns a scratch spot into a little scene you won’t mind leaving out.
Lay it where your cat plots their routes - beside the sofa arm, under a windowsill, along a favourite corridor - and watch the redirection magic happen. Rotate occasionally to keep wear even; vacuum or shake to lift stray fibres. It’s simple, sturdy, and sofa-saving.

- Composition: 100% natural sisal fibre with cotton edge binding
- Dimensions: 40 × 50 cm (hand-finished; allow ±1–2 cm)
- Fixing: Four self-adhesive hook-and-loop (Velcro) strips on the back. Peel and stick to clean, smooth surfaces; press firmly along all edges. For best hold, let the adhesive cure for 24 hours before heavy scratching. Reposition by gently peeling; replace pads if they lose tack.
- Care: Shake out or vacuum on low; spot-clean with a damp cloth; air-dry flat. Keep dry and out of prolonged moisture.
- Notice: Sisal (agave) is tougher and more abrasion-resistant than jute - ideal for scratchers. A light natural fibre scent may be present and will fade.
