At 2&4 Pets, we are confident about the quality and design of our products, and also to ensure the health and safety of all pets, exchange and returns are best avoided. We kindly request that customers to carefully check size charts and product specifications before purchasing.

Free Returns Within 14 Days:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for free within 14 days of delivery. Simply email us at hello@twoandfourpets.com, and we will assist you in booking a free Royal Mail collection at your convenience. No printer is required—the postman will bring the label for you! -
Returns Up to 30 Days:
We also accept returns up to 30 days from the date of delivery. However, after the 14-day free return window, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. -
Manufacturing defects:
We accept returns for manufacturing defects within 90 days of purchase. Kindly review all care and usage instructions prior to purchase, as items damaged due to improper care or negligence cannot be refunded.
Conditions for Returns:
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused and have all original tags attached in a brand new condition to qualify for a full refund.
- If the product shows signs of use or is found to be damaged or contaminated upon inspection, we may issue store credit or a partial refund, depending on the circumstances.
How to Initiate a Return:

- For free returns within 14 days, we will arrange a Royal Mail collection at your convenience.
- For returns after 14 days (up to 30 days), you may ship the item back at your expense using the instructions provided by our team.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Customised or personalised items.
- Gift cards.
- Discounted items marked as final sale.
- Knitted Products: Due to the delicate nature of knitwear, the fabric may lose its original shape after fitting, and pet fur can easily become embedded, affecting the product's condition. We appreciate your understanding in maintaining the quality of these items.

Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Yes, if you made a mistake or changed your mind, please email hello@twoandfourpets.com within 24 hours with your order number and request to cancel.
Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: Standard Shipping costs £5.99 GBP. If you need it fast, it costs £7.99 GBP. If you need an item before or at a certain date, please place a note at check out with your request. Or email us at hello@twoandfourpets.com. We are easy to reach!
Q: Where do you ship?
A: We ship anywhere in the U.K. We also ship internationally with International Tracked & Signed delivery.
*We are NOT responsible for delay delivering. But we would do our best to assist you to contact the carrier if your parcel is delay.
International Shipping Policy
EU Shipping:
Owing to customs rules, additional charges might be incurred for orders to the EU that exceed €150 in value.
If you notice your item is delayed at customs, please check for any communication that might request payment of customs fees. Prompt payment is advised to avoid having your item returned to us.
Other International Shipping:
