* When using Cloud 9 on public transport, tuck the mesh window into the front or back zipped pocket and secure it with the internal Velcro to keep it neatly closed.

🧼 Washing:
- Hand wash gently in cold or lukewarm water under 30°C.
- For machine washing, place the bag in a laundry net and wash separately on a cold gentle cycle.
- Close mesh window zips before washing.
- Remove all detachable cushions before washing the bag.
- Do not bleach.
🌬️ Drying:
- Air dry naturally away from direct sunlight.
- Do not tumble dry.
- Do not wring, as this may affect the shape.
- For best shape maintenance, dry cleaning is recommended.
⚠️ Usage Caution:
- Avoid contact with items that may bleed dye, as this may stain or discolour the product surface.
- Cushion filling may clump or deform if machine washed. Gently shake out and air in light sun if needed.
- Fabric may pill or snag with friction or sharp contact.
- Damage caused by incorrect washing or careless use is not eligible for compensation.
