Pet Clothes 👚👕
"How do I measure my dog for clothing?"
To get the right size, use a soft measuring tape and take these three key measurements while your dog is standing:
- Chest (Girth): Measure the widest part of your dog’s chest, just behind the front legs.
- Back Length: Measure from the base of the neck to the base of the tail.
-
Neck: Measure around the base of the neck where a collar would sit.
Pro Tip: Always keep the tape measure snug but not tight — a relaxed dog means the most accurate measurements!
For the most accurate fit, your dog should be standing upright—not sitting or lying down. Measuring in other postures would cause inaccuracy, especially to the back length.
"What if the back length is doesn’t match the size chart?"
Firstly, please double-check your measurements. The most common inaccuracy happens with the back length—it’s easy to measure it too long if the starting point isn’t correct. Ensure you are measuring from the end of the neckline, which sits around the centre of your dog’s shoulder blades.
If your pet’s back length seems far outside our size chart, or if you are unsure whether you have measured correctly, we are happy to help. Please send us a photo showing the tape measure placed along your pet’s back (See example below). This will allow our team to determine the most accurate back length and recommend the best size for you. Just send it through the live Chat box, or email us. We will provide a response asap.
"What if my dog is between sizes?"
If your dog is between sizes, please also take into consideration your pet’s weight. Most styles has an indicative weight for each size.

Pet Carriers 🎒👝
"How do I choose the right pet carrier size?"
Selecting the correct carrier size is crucial for your pet’s comfort and safety. To determine the appropriate size:
- Measure Your Pet: Measure your pet’s length from the base of the neck to the base of the tail and their height from the floor to the top of the head.
- Compare with Carrier Dimensions: Ensure the carrier’s interior dimensions are slightly larger than your pet’s measurements to allow comfortable movement.
-
Consider Weight Capacity: Each carrier has a maximum weight limit. Ensure your pet’s weight does not exceed this limit.
"What are the weight recommendations for your carriers?"
Our carriers are designed to accommodate pets up to specific weight limits:
- Peek-a-boo Cross-body Pet Carrier: Suitable for pets up to 7 kg (15 lbs).
- Dumpling Bag Pet Carrier: Ideal for pets up to 5 kg (11 lbs).
- iBag Pet Travel Carrier: Supports pets up to 8 kg (17.6 lbs).
- Jige Backpack Carrier: Suitable for pets up to 10 kg (22 lbs).
Please refer to each product’s description for detailed specifications.
"Can I use the carrier for airline travel?"
While our carriers are designed for comfort and style and air travel, especially the iBag Pet Travel Carrier, we recommend checking with your airline regarding their specific pet carrier regulations before traveling.
"What if my pet is between sizes?"
If your pet’s measurements fall between two sizes, opt for the larger size to ensure comfort. A slightly roomier carrier allows your pet to move and turn comfortably.
"Do you offer breed-specific recommendations?"
While we provide general guidelines, every pet is unique. We always recommend measuring your pet and comparing their size carefully to each carrier’s dimensions. If you need any help, feel free to discuss with our customer service team with your pet’s weight and breed— we’re happy to guide you!
Based on our experience, here are a few breed-specific suggestions (please note individual preferences may vary):
- Dachshund: With their long body shape, Dachshunds are best suited to our Peek-a-boo Carrier and iBag Carrier, which allow them to stretch out most comfortably.
- Italian Greyhound: Due to their long legs and slim build, Italian Greyhounds are best suited to the Dumpling Bag and the Jige Backpack Carrier. The Dumpling Bag is perfect for an easy day out, offering a snuggly cradle to sit in when they get tired. The Jige Backpack Carrier is deeper and features secure mesh covers, ensuring that even with their long legs, they stay safely inside. The generous space inside the bag allows them to rest comfortably during your adventures.
- Small Breeds: Most small breeds will suit any of our carrier styles, as long as they fall within the recommended size and weight limits. We suggest choosing based on your pet’s preferred posture — whether they like to curl up or stretch out — and your lifestyle needs!
- Medium Breeds: Medium-sized pets are best suited to the Jige Backpack Carrier. Its deeper design and spacious interior provide excellent support and comfort for larger pets within the weight limit. The firm L-shaped frame and hiking-style shoulder straps ensure great support for your back, so even when carrying a heavier dog, the bag remains stable and comfortable without sagging or causing strain on your body.
